Product Introduction

ZL-4M (ZL47F) series of self-operated flux control valve is a kind of valve that can fix the flux automatically and balance the hydraulic regime. It can be set with different flux according to customers demand and can maintain constant flux by itself. It can be used in some areas that need fixed flux in the water system of centralized heat-supply and centralized air-conditioning to make the whole pipeline regulated at one process and the regulating process simplified into a process of flux distribution. Further it is avoided that the flux re-distribution might need during heat source switching process and thus prevented the hydraulic maladjustment of the pipeline.

Function & Characteristics

Ø         With flux control precision ±5%

Ø         The flux can be set as per the needs of controlled pipeline and settings can be   locked. 

Ø         Excess pressure head can be eliminated automatically from the pipeline

Ø         No interference occur when flux is regulated between branch pipes and sub-branch pipes

Ø         Direct display of flux and number of turns to be opened 

Ø         Nominal pressure: 1.6MPa2.5MPa;

Ø         Medium temperature: 0-150°C

Ø         Working pressure difference: 20-600KPa;

Ø         Valve body material: Grey cast iron, cast carbon steel, forged copper alloy

Ø         Inner parts material: Copper alloy, stainless steel 

Instruction for type selection

Reduced type should be avoided unless when the flux is extremely low.
