Detailed Product Description

Type ZTY47 (ZY47) Series Self-operated Differential Pressure Control Valve

Brief introduction of the product

Type ZTY 47 (ZY47) Series Self-operated Differential Pressure Control Valve is a kind of valve which can fix the differential pressure automatically and balance the hydraulic regime. It can be used in the centralized heat-supply, centralized air-conditioning and other hydraulic systems. It supports the self-adjustment of differential pressure among each users installation and terminal device and hence eliminates the influence on the controlled system from the pressure fluctuation of the outer network.  It is especially used in the household metering heat-supply system and the variable flow air-conditioning system. According to the installing position, it can be classified into the downstream differential pressure control type (G) and the upstream differential pressure control type (H).

Performance and characteristics

1. The downstream differential pressure control type (G): the differential pressure of the downstream system or the device is regarded as the controlled differential pressure. It is normally installed in the water supply system. The model is expressed as ZTY47-16 (25)G.

The upstream differential pressure control type (H): the differential pressure of the upstream system or device is regarded as the controlled differential pressure, and it is installed in the backwater system. The model is expressed as ZTY47-16 (25) H.

2. Nominal pressure: 1.6Mpa, 2.5Mpa.

3. Medium temperature: 0-150°C.

4. The material of valve body: grey cast iron, carbon cast steel, forged copper alloy

5. The differential pressure controlled accuracy: ±7.5%

6. On the premise that the control accuracy is ensured, if it is used in the air-conditioning system or the heat transfer station, the controlled differential pressure (PL) can be adjusted from 10KPa to 200Kpa, if it is used in the user heat supply inlet, the controlled differential pressure (PL) can be adjusted from 5KPa to 80KPa.
